What is a contract lift?
A contract lift is the carefully planned, documented and supervised lift of equipment following the regulations as detailed in the BS7121 (safe use of cranes).
When you hire a crane from CTC we must provide you with an appointed person operator who will meticulously plan your lift and then provide you with a detailed method statement before commencing any work. The appointed person will then supervise the lifting operation ensuring that the method statement is followed closely thus adhering to the BS7121 code of practice.
CTC have appointed people available for you to hire, with or without equipment and crew. If you need our expertise, we can be there for you at a reasonable hire cost and remove the worry of following those BS7121 rules - let us worry about them for you.
